Users may create fundraising campaigns through the App. By creating a campaign, you agree that:

• All information provided about the campaign, including its purpose and use of funds, is truthful and not misleading;
• Funds raised will be used solely for the stated purpose of the campaign; and
• You comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any campaign that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

• All donations are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
• Donations may be subject to transaction or processing fees disclosed at the time of payment.
• We do not guarantee that funds will be used as intended by the campaign organizer.

Refunds may be handled at our discretion or according to applicable payment processor policies.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activity;
• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Upload or distribute content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on others’ rights;
• Impersonate another person or entity;
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or security.

We may charge fees for certain transactions or services. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction. By proceeding, you agree to pay all applicable charges.

All content, trademarks, logos, and other materials provided in the App are owned by or licensed to SupportMyTeams.com. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

The App and all related services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding fundraising outcomes or uninterrupted access to the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SupportMyTeams.com and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of such possibilities.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SupportMyTeams.com, its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective when posted in the App or on our website. Continued use after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
